Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when and how you can cancel a travel eSIM order. It works alongside our Return / Refund Policy.
Before delivery
If you contact us before your eSIM has been generated and sent, we will cancel the order and process a full refund with no charges.
After delivery, before activation
Un-activated eSIMs with an unused QR code can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase. See our Return / Refund Policy for the full eligibility criteria.
After activation
Once an eSIM has been installed and connected to a network, the order cannot be cancelled, as the digital product has already been consumed.
How to cancel
Message us on WhatsApp or email support@itechiesim.com with your order code as soon as possible. We process cancellation requests within 48 hours.
