Your privacy matters. This policy explains what iTechieSIM collects, why, and how we keep it safe.
1. What we collect
Contact details you provide (name, email, WhatsApp number) to deliver your eSIM and provide support, and the ICCID/order code you enter to look up usage. We do not store payment card details on our servers.
2. How we use it
To process and deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and — only with your consent — send you relevant updates.
3. Data minimisation
We collect only what we need to deliver your eSIM and support you. We do not sell your data, and requests to our services are rate-limited and served over HTTPS only.
4. Security
We enforce HTTPS, a strict Content-Security-Policy, HSTS, and modern security headers. Inputs are validated server-side and API access is rate-limited. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we apply industry best practices.
5. Cookies & analytics
We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to improve the site. You can block cookies in your browser without losing core functionality.
