These terms govern your use of iTechieSIM and the purchase of our travel eSIM data products. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. The service
iTechieSIM sells prepaid, data-only travel eSIM profiles that connect through third-party mobile network partners. Coverage, speeds and availability depend on those partner networks and your device.
2. Eligibility & devices
You are responsible for confirming your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before purchase. Use our compatibility checker if unsure. eSIM profiles are single-device and cannot be transferred once installed.
3. Orders & delivery
eSIM QR codes are delivered digitally by email and WhatsApp after successful payment. It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact details.
4. Acceptable use
Plans are for personal, lawful use. Reselling, tethering abuse, or use that violates a partner network's fair-use policy may result in suspension without refund.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iTechieSIM is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for service interruptions caused by partner networks, device issues, or local regulations.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
