Will an imported / Non-PTA phone work?+
Yes — most eSIM-capable phones work regardless of PTA status because the eSIM connects to international partner networks. Use our compatibility checker to confirm your model.
How do I install my eSIM?+
Connect to Wi-Fi, open your phone's eSIM/mobile-data settings, choose 'Add eSIM', scan the QR code we send you, and follow the prompts.
Should I turn on data roaming?+
Yes. Travel eSIMs connect through partner networks, so data roaming must be enabled on the eSIM line. It will not incur home-carrier roaming charges.
Do plans include calls and SMS?+
Plans are data-first. Apps like WhatsApp, Messenger and FaceTime work over data. Selected regions also offer plans with voice minutes and SMS.

How do I receive my eSIM?+

Can I track my data usage?+
Yes. On most devices you can see remaining data in your phone's mobile-data settings, and our team can check your balance for you on WhatsApp.
When should I install my eSIM?+
Install before you travel while on stable Wi-Fi. Many plans activate on first network connection at your destination.
Can I top up or extend a plan?+
Many plans support top-ups. Just message us on WhatsApp to recharge — no need for a new eSIM.
What is your refund policy?+
Unused, un-activated eSIMs are eligible for a refund. Once a profile is installed and activated it generally cannot be refunded. See our Refund Policy.
